Alumni Survey

Please help the history department assess the effectiveness of its programs. The information you provide us will play a role in curricular decisions during the next few years. We ask all Missouri State graduates with a history degree to complete the following survey. All material will be held in strict confidence. The survey should take between five and fifteen minutes to complete.

This survey is divided into the following sections:

Fill out the information in each section as requested. Then, at the end of the form, you will find a "submit form" button and a "clear" button. Use the "submit form" button to send us your results, or use the "clear" button to clear the entire form. You will receive an automatic confirmation message immediately after you have successfully submitted the survey. If you have any questions about the survey, or the results, write to Michael Sheng, department Head.

FORM SUBMISSION

Every year the history department reconsiders its courses and the construction of its programs. Your comments, together with those of other alumni, will form a part of the data which we will use to either keep programs as they are, or reform them. Thank you very much for your time.
