Course Description
The proseminar (readings seminar) explores
various aspects of war
and conflict. Topics include morality & war;
military professionalism; race & gender;
revolutionary movements; and WWI, WWI, the Cold
War and Vietnam. In additional to narratives,
students will read memoirs, novels, and poetry,
and view documentaries and movies. |
